REQUIREMENTS OF A GOOD BUILDING
The requirements of a good building are :
(1) It should be planned in such a way that each room of the building either in horizntal direction or in vertical direction is easily approchable and accessible.
(2) The building should be planned in such a way that there is sufficient light and proper ventilation.
(3) It should be situated at higher level than the surrounding area so that rain water or waste water may be disposed off as early as possible.
(4) It should planned in such a way that rooms are placed according to their requirements and their required direction with the North.
(5) It should be design in such a way that sufficient space is available for all comforts.
(6) It should be provided with morden and economical fittings in respect of water suply, sanitary and electric supply etc.
(7) It should be planned in such a way that small family functons can be arranged in the bulding itsself.
(8) It should be well oriented so that fresh air in addition to sufficent light is available at every place of building.
(9) It should be planned in such a way that sufficient privacy is maintained from inside as well as from outside.
