Damp Proof Course (D.P.C)

A (D.P.C.) Damp Proof Course horizontal laid course of Cement Concrete on wall to resist the moisture raising through ground to the wall from capillary action. 

It is protect the raising the moisture on the wall. DPC height should be 150 mm or 6 inches from the ground level.

DPC

Minimum 40mm thickness of DPC should be provided. The aggregates is used under 12.5 mm if used more than 12.5 mm aggregate finishing of DPC is not Properly.

Concrete used in DPC is M15 ratio is (1:2:4) Cement , Sand , Aggregate.

Metal Sheets, Plastic Sheets

Mortar
