Topographic Survey :- It is type of survey in which the general details of an area are shown like Schools, Hospitals, Road, Bridge, Rivers, valley, Ponds Railway lines, Mountains  etc. is known as topographic survey. Its show the actual position of any objects.

Now a days its done my modern surveying equipment like total station (TS) and global positioning system(GPS)
