 UNDERPASS

Underpass :- A road or pedestrian tunnel is passing under road or railway is known as underpass.

There are three type of underpass:-

1. V.U.P (Vehicles Under Pass)

2. P.U.P ( Pedestrian Under Pass)

3. C.U.P ( Cattle Under Pass)

    (1) V.U.P (Vehicles Under Pass) :-  It is constructed for the vehicles passes under roadway or railway. It is known as vehicles under pass.     

                                                            Height - 5.5 to 7.2 Meter

                                                            Length - 20 Meter or as per site condition

                                                            Span distance - as per site condition

(2) P.U.P (Pedestrian Under Pass) :-  It is constructed for the pedestrian passes under roadway or railway. It is known as pedestrian under pass.

                                                             Height - 3.5 to 5.0 Meter

                                                            Length - 25 Meter or as per site condition

                                                            Span distance - as per site condition

(3) C.U.P (Cattle Under Pass) :- It is constructed for the Animals passes under roadway or railway. It is known as cattle under pass.
